ABOUT SHILOH JUNE

My Other Lives (Part I)

Beyond music, I also have a great passion for fashion (no rhyme intended). I studied both subjects in college, earning a Bachelors in both Music and Fashion Merchanding and am currently pursuing my Master's in Business of Creative Enterprises. Here are some examples of my styling and visual merchandising, all following company standards.

BRILLIANT EARTH, JEWELRY CONSULTANT (WEST HOLLYWOOD)

March 2023-Present

Within my first 5 months, I became the top seller in my region and am currently ranked in the top 5 company-wide. I consistently achieve an average appointment conversion rate above 40% and a high-value conversion rate of 25%. Embracing the showroom culture, I maintain a positive attitude, organize team lunches, and facilitate training for new hires. I lead by example, motivating my peers to enhance sales and customer experiences across the showroom. I’m flexible with my schedule to meet business needs and actively take on concierge duties as required. Additionally, I effectively use Salesforce, Netsuite, and Office Suite to manage operations and customer interactions.

TARGET, STYLE TEAM LEADER (WEST HOLLYWOOD)

July 2020-May 2022

Led a team across 8 departments with empathetic leadership, driving performance during the busy Q4 season. I oversaw specialty sales divisions, including electronics and beauty, and managed shift schedules, re-merchandising efforts, and maintaining brand standards. I played a key role in transforming the store experience from big box to boutique style, boosting sales and elevating the customer experience. I also trained and mentored team members, promoting two into supervisory roles. Additionally, I achieved a 9% comp growth in the Kids Department despite space and inventory reductions and maintained inventory accuracy above 95% in the Back Room for Kids and Baby departments.

MUJI, IN-STORE VMD (SOCAL REGION)

November 2017- July 2020

Promoted from part-time seasonal employee to Department Manager and then Regional Visual Merchandising Supervisor, I led visual merchandising across multiple locations, driving sales growth, enhancing store aesthetics, and optimizing customer engagement. Key achievements include a 360% increase in accessory sales in Q2 2018, creating a new role to streamline training, contributing to the successful launch of two new MUJI stores, and managing a team of 35+ employees.
