I've explored many paths career-wise, and one of my most recent and most rewarding jobs has been in the restaurant industry. I have worked almost every position- from host to Front of House and Media Manager. I have been most recently employed as a Barback at a new restaurant in West Hollywood.

Restaurant Experience

I have over three years restaurant experience including serving, bar, and management. 4+ years of management experience as well as 7+ years retail experience including visual execution and problem solving. RBS/Tips/eFoodHandler Certified. Experience with new hire orientations, interviews, performance reviews, and generally HR management duties. Experience with charity drives, donations, and organizing charity events, booking entertainment.

Responsible for ensuring that the bar is set and maintained so that the bar staff is equipped to run an effective operation. Duties include preparing juices and garnishes, restocking coolers, and storage areas, maintaining cleanliness of the bar area, delivering food to bar guests, and set up and break down of bar. Must be pleasant, conscientious and professional with good knowledge of alcoholic beverage selections and garnish techniques. Must be able to operate effectively as part of a team, communicate clearly, ensure smooth service operations and quality service.

Work through agency when available for different locations mostly in LA County as a food server, catering assistant, bartender, and everywhere else needed, which includes providing food/beverages, assisting with set up and break down of events, and any tasks that pertain to guests and the establishment.

Serve all tables including pool tables, provide excellent overall customer service. This included 

Pool League, 9-ball League, Football season, Poker Night, and multiple other high volume/

demand costumers.

Execute daily tasks such as preparing banks, doing change orders, getting paperwork ready. Be the face of the business on the floor daily, ensuring customer satisfaction and dealing with any complaints. Update Facebook and Twitter daily. Help plan and execute monthly parties.
