I've explored many paths career-wise, and one of my most recent and most rewarding jobs has been in the restaurant industry. I have worked almost every position- from host to Front of House and Media Manager. I have been most recently employed as a Barback at a new restaurant in West Hollywood.

I have over three years restaurant experience including serving, bar, and management. 4+ years of management experience as well as 7+ years retail experience including visual execution and problem solving. RBS/Tips/eFoodHandler Certified. Experience with new hire orientations, interviews, performance reviews, and generally HR management duties. Experience with charity drives, donations, and organizing charity events, booking entertainment.

Responsible for ensuring that the bar is set and maintained so that the bar staff is equipped to run an effective operation. Duties include preparing juices and garnishes, restocking coolers, and storage areas, maintaining cleanliness of the bar area, delivering food to bar guests, and set up and break down of bar.
